Terms

 

Payments -	Payment is up front. We accept all major debit / credit cards, transfers. Credit cards are subject to a 2% credit card charge
Prices and Charges -	All prices are per unit excluding VAT and delivery
Despatch -	If your order is placed before 1.00PM, we will do our best to offer a next day service.
Minimum Order -	We do have a minimum order for some products sometimes, We will tell you when we receive your order.
Delivery Cost -	Carriage is charged at cost.
Errors and Omissions -	Errors and Omissions excluded, our price lists are compiled carefully, but we sometimes do make mistakes.
Ownership -	All goods remain property of greentrees international Ltd until they are paid for in full.

 

 

Greentrees international is not liable of any damages happening during transport. Enhanced liability has to be requested by the customer and will be charged at cost.

Machine Details  and  safety directive
Our machines are made by professional refillers. Those machines are easy to use, they do not require complex maintenance or complex training.
All pneumatic or electric parts are standard and can be replace easily if needed. We send them everywhere in the world by any courier.

Depending on the model, the machines can be in strong PVC Blue, para wood aluminum fiber or steel galvanized body .
Every station has own vacuum for emptying/cleaning the cartridges
We can build customized machines for large debit, ask us for a free quote.
The electrical equipment of our refilling machine use voltage rating of between 3 to 24 volts  direct current (DC).,this equipment is harmonized with the CE directive low voltage and electromagnetic compatibility 72/73/CEE.
We have SGS assessment schedule NQ 002/06 and assessment standard 72/73 CEE
SGS is the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company.We certify  that this equipment is   conform to  (The RULES Of HYGIENE AND OCCUPATIONAL LABOUR  SAFETY) of   (APPLICATION Of The R233-68 ARTICLE OF The FRENCH LABOR STANDARDS ACT)

Guarantee
All our Products come with a 2 year guarantee on  body and holders and 1 year guarantee on electric an pneumatic parts. After sales services in Europe France.

SATISFACTION GARANTEE FOR EACH MACHINE.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied by our machines, you can exchange the machine against any other products from us, of similar value.

Conditions :

• 1. Old machine return transportation fee at your charge.
• 2. New product transportation fee at your charge.
• 3. If applicable, custom, clearance, VAT, forwarder charge at your charge.
• 4. The old machine must be in delivery condition
• 5. Valid within 7 business days from delivery
• 6. Applicable re storage fee : 15%.
• 7. In no case the customer can modify the machine without writting consent of Greentrees International Ltd. Unaproved modification will cancel warranty immediatly.
